These pivotal discussions will explore best practices as they relate to Student Conduct, Student Support, Disability Services, Civil Rights, Campus Safety, HR, Student Conduct, Academic Affairs, Compliance, or Student's Rights. Institutions are no longer treating Title IX, Title VI, ADA/504, and Conduct as separate silos. OCR enforcement is showing overlap across sex discrimination, disability, and race/national origin, and campuses are moving toward integrated civil rights frameworks. Preparation is underway for the 2027 Title II ADA digital accessibility rule deadline, while preventive conduct models and early intervention frameworks are reshaping how institutions promote access and accountability.
This event is open to everyone, with a focus on relevant professionals from NC Community Colleges within the NCCCS.
